Non-Thesis Master's Project Writing and Graduation Procedures

2. Graduation Requirements for non-thesis master programs:

• 10 lessons must be completed successfully.
• 1 semester project course must be completed successfully.

3. Starting Graduation Process

• All lecture notes of the student should be finalized in the automation system.
• For unfinalized courses, the grade correction form must be prepared with the advisory and shipped institute. For example; the grade of ‘SBE701 Semester Project’ should be converted from continuing (DE) to successful (BŞ).
• In order to start the graduation process, the grade correction form must be given to our institute with the signature of the consultant.

• Graduation petition (1 piece)
• Graduation delivery and publishing permission form (1 piece)
• Project/thesis writing rules form (1 piece)
• Term project evaluation form (1 piece)
• CD with the term project installed (1 piece) (IMPORTANT NOTE: The areas that must be signed in the project must be UNSIGNED due to privacy and security principles)

Approved binding term project (our institute takes 1 project for archiving. If there are persons or institutions that the student wants to provide term project, it should be added on this issue)

5. Register on Career Planning/ Graduate Portal Page

6. Form for foreign students

When they come to receive their diplomas, they should delivered to the graduation and diploma office of the Esenboğa Külliyesi department of student affairs with the filling the Turkey graduates information form of our foreign students fully fitting the graduation requirements.

7. AS A RESULT OF ALL THE PROCESSES MENTIONED ABOVE, YOUR GRADUATION DOCUMENTS AND STUDENT PERSONAL FILES ARE SENT TO THE OFFICE OF GRADUATION PROCESSES, WITH THE DECISION OF OUR INSTITUTE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. AFTER THIS STAGE, THE STUDENT'S SHALL BE DISCONNECTED WITH OUR INSTITUTE. INFORMATION ON DIPLOMA PROCEDURES MUST BE GET FROM THE "GRADUATION PROCESSES OFFICE".
