2. Graduation Requirement for PhD Graduation Programs

 

• 7 courses successfully completed.
• 1 scientific researches and methods course successfully completed
• Be successful in a thesis proposal.
• By the decision of the relevant academic department, the student’s at least one statement regarding the thesis study may be represented as a poster or verbal at a national or international conference, congress or symposıum, one scientific article has been accepted/ published for publication in a national or international journal with references or a similar study, following at least one of the requirements to participate in at least one mixed artistic activity.
• 1 defensing thesis must be successfully completed. The students who take defensing thesis must be delivered documents in three (3) days.

3. . Starting Graduating Process

• All lecture notes of the student should be finalized in the automation system.
• For unfinalized courses, the grade correction form must be prepared with the advisory and shipped institute. For example; the grade of ‘SBE507 Thesis Study’ should be converted from continuing (DE) to successful (BŞ).
• In order to start the graduation process, the grade correction form must be given to our institute with the signature of the consultant.

• Graduation Petition (1 piece)
• Thesis Veri Giriş Form (2 piece) (For this form, at the address tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi/sistemGiris.jsp, system login operation will be performed via e-devlet with TR ID number and e-devlet password. After filling Tez Veri Giriş Form from thesis center department, It will be signed by the student by taking 2 prints from this page.)

• Thesis Delivery and Publication Permission Form (1 piece)
• CD with the thesis installed (1 Piece) (IMPORTANT NOTE: The areas that must be signed in the thesis must be UNSIGNED due to privacy and security principles.)
• Approved bounded thesis (our institute takes 3 theses for archiving. If there are persons or institutions that the student wants to provide thesis, it should be added on this issue.)

5.  Register on Career Planning/ Graduate Portal Page

Note: Personal information/ academic information/ course education/ seminar/ job internship experiences are required.

6. Form for foreign students

When they come to receive their diplomas, they should delivered to the graduation and diploma office of the Esenboğa Külliyesi department of student affairs with the filling the Turkey graduates information form of our foreign students fully fitting the graduation requirements.

7. AS A RESULT OF ALL THE PROCESSES MENTIONED ABOVE, YOUR GRADUATION DOCUMENTS AND STUDENT PERSONAL FILES ARE SENT TO THE OFFICE OF GRADUATION PROCESSES, WITH THE DECISION OF OUR INSTITUTE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. AFTER THIS STAGE, THE STUDENT'S SHALL BE DISCONNECTED WITH OUR INSTITUTE. INFORMATION ON DIPLOMA PROCEDURES MUST BE GET FROM THE "GRADUATION PROCESSES OFFICE".
