Our faculty has an experienced, young and dynamic teaching staff who have received their undergraduate and/or graduate degrees from leading universities in Europe and Turkey. Our faculty trains students with an entrepreneurial spirit, advanced social skills and high ethical awareness.
Within our faculty, we offer Banking Finance (100% English), Business (100% English), International Trade and Business Administration (100% English) and Management Information Systems (100% English) programs.
Our faculty consists of 11 Professors, 9 Associate Professors, 18 Dr. Instructor It has a total of 50 academic staff, including 38 faculty members and 12 research assistants.

In a more globalized economy, not only private businesses but also governments, public institutions and NGOs need specialists who will support the process of internationalization. By studying application-related degree in Department of International Trade and Business students will learn the knowledge and gain the tools required to make economic and financial, business and marketing decisions within their future organisations. Students will also be instructed in decision-making authority, management skills and international business skills. In view of a future-oriented international labour market the students will be educated scientifically, practically and in an interdisciplinary manner by highly qualified member of academics. As students acquire the skills to lead their future organizations to meet the growing demand for highly trained managers in the international arena, they will also obtain the ability to work in the international institutions involved in transactions and international cooperation. Career Opportunities Graduates from the International Trade and Business programme can expect to gain employment in a wide range of careers encompassing positions in many areas such as Finance, Marketing, Tourism and Human Resource Management in both national and international fields. Firstly, they can become administrators in international companies (management, human resources, accounting, foreign trade, international marketing) as Accountants Consultants, Financial Analysts, Human Resource Officers Marketing Managers and Corporate Buyers in Multinational Companies. Secondly, they can work in public administrations and institutions, in areas like cooperation or the promotion of transnational trade.
