Before starting the internship — step-by-step process

Finding an internship placement is entirely the student's responsibility. There must be at least one psychologist at the institution. In mandatory cases, a psychiatrist, school counselor, or social worker may also be accepted. Applications can also be made within the scope of the National Internship Program (Career Gate).

Optional — if the institution requests, 1 copy is signed, it is not submitted to the department

Since applications within the scope of the National Internship Program are made through the system, a petition is not required. Application: kariyerkapisi.gov.tr

A verbal or written notification that the application has been accepted is sufficient. No concrete document is required at this stage. If there is no psychologist at the institution but a different specialist, consult the internship coordinator.

Two documents are filled out on the computer, signed and sealed by the institution first, and then brought to the department.
