With the contributions of academics and students of the Department of Management Information Systems, Faculty of Business Administration of our University, the Digital Türkiye Index (DTE) Project was implemented in order to increase the traceability of our country's digital transformation policies and to measure the level of digital maturity in international comparisons. 

The conceptual studies of the project started at the end of 2019 with the support of volunteer experts and the first methodology was established; pilot measurements were carried out in 2021; the methodology was improved in 2022 in line with the feedback received from public administrations and stakeholders, and the first measurements were completed in 2023.
