Borrowing Service among the Libraries
It is the service of provision and borrowing of the resources that are not available in the collection of library from the libraries of other universities within the framework of specific rules. This process is carried out via ANKOS the Pursuit System of Cooperation among the Libraries and TUBESS (TUBITAK Documentation Provision System) at our university.
The Conditions to Utilize the Program for the Members of the University
a- Borrowing Service among the Libraries is offered to only academic staff and master’s and PhD. students of the university.
b- In order for the requests to be provided without mistake and on time, the documents are supposed to be filled in correctly and without mistake. The missing documents will not be appreciated.
c- The Cargo Cost belongs to the user.
d- The resources provided by other university libraries are submitted to the user with am official report.
e- The period and number of the resources asked for vary from the regulations of the university library from which the resource has been asked for.
f- The reader who asks for the resource are supposed to utilize the resource without violating its copyright.
g- The resources whose borrowing period is over have to be submitted to the library on time, without any missing and damage.
h- If the borrowed resource is lost, damaged or expired, the borrowing regulations of the university library are applied and the user has the responsibility.
