Orientation for AYBU LEARC Turkish Preparatory School Students
International student orientation programme was organized by Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBU) Language Education Application and Research Center (LEARC) with the participation of about 120 students from 43 different countries. Orientation programme took place at Etlik National Will Campus and commenced with the opening speech delivered by our rector Prof.Dr.Ali Cengiz KÖSEOĞLU and went on with the speeches of Prof.Dr.Mustafa ORÇAN, the vice-rector, Assist.Prof.Dr. Mümin ŞEN, the secretary-general and Lect. Bünyamin OĞUZ, AYBU LEARC Director.
During the orientation programme, on-campus introduction including tours and informative talks about Etlik National Will, Esenboğa and Çubuk Campuses and the relevant units in those campuses was conducted for international students to study in AYBU LEARC for the academic year 2023-2024.
At the Çubuk Campus, that is the last stop of the orientation programme, while the meals were served up for incoming international students, a visit to equestrian studies and coaching programme unit was also performed. The orientation programme finalized with tree planting activity with the participation of students, academic and administrative staff.
