The Department of Child Development and the Child Development Club are located in Malatya.

Third-year students enrolled in the Child Development Department’s ÇGL 310 Community Service Practicum course and members of the Child Development Club, in collaboration with students from the Department of Child Development at İnönü University’s Faculty of Health Sciences who are taking the Community Service Applications course and members of the Child Development Club, provided material support to Şahnahan Kindergarten and Hatunsuyu Palabıyık Elementary School in Malatya, and conducted workshops and activities for children at the Malatya Technopark Container City. In this context, we would like to thank the students of AYBÜ and İnönü University who contributed to the preparation and implementation of these activities; our university, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, for providing transportation support; and Prof. Dr. Mehmet SAĞLAM, Vice Rector of İnönü University, for providing meal, accommodation, and organizational support; Research Assistant Amine Nur ARIKAN and Research Assistant Mehmet Emin ÇAY, and to TÜBİTAK for ensuring that the children received the “Bilim Çocuk” and “Meraklı Minik” magazines.
