TASK
It carries out all kinds of health services.
It organizes studies and shows in the fields of fine arts and sports.
Scholarships, nutrition, accommodation, work, rest and leisure time, etc., are provided to students. provides services to assist in the field.
Provides psychological counseling and guidance services, tries to solve students' personal and family problems.
It opens student canteens and restaurants, reading halls and student dormitories, which are necessary for the performance of all these services, provides meeting, cinema and theater halls, sports halls and fields, camp sites, and establishes these and other similar facilities. For this purpose, it works in cooperation with other units of the university and organizations outside the university.
It assigns a sufficient number of specialists and general practitioners, dentists, nurses, civil servants and other servants to carry out the above-mentioned health, psychological counseling and guidance, social, cultural and sports services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide students' nutrition, accommodation, health, psychological counseling and guidance, culture, sports and other social services in the best quality and within the budget possibilities.
