In the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, an infrastructure which will constitute the opportunity for training individuals who have comprehended the significance of our country and its geography parallel to the rapidly changing world and who will have a voice both in domestic and international arena has been established. Undergraduate education is given in English for 4 years except preparatory school in our faculty, which will take the lead in educating the intellectuals, scientists, administrators, economists, financiers, diplomats and politicians who will realize the future potentials of Turkey and its neighbours. Through the education offered, both an initiation of an academic career and opportunities for a prosperous business career are provided.
It is our priority to establish the necessary infrastructure for educating individuals who are equipped with contemporary knowledge in their related fields as well as a high self-confidence./span>
Faculty of Political Sciences (FPS) aims to educate individuals who can scan social, political, cultural, and economic life critically and holistic with conscious of their social responsibility, which especially needed in our country and the world these days. In our Faculty, there are four departments (Economics, Finance, Political Science and Public Administration, and International Relations), and all these departments are taught in English.
Our Faculty, which was established in 2010, aims to enhance the quality of education in Turkey not only in undergraduate level but also graduate level; hence, FPS accepted students for postgraduate and doctorate programs, and started education.
With its professional academic staff despite being just established, the faculty has the aim to be a centre of attraction not only of students but also of academicians who would like to work in a good academic atmosphere in the years to come.
