Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Health Sciences Institute was established with the decision dated 21 July 2010 and numbered 2748. The institute management and service has been carried out at the Etlik Milli İrade Campus of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.
In our Institute, Education and Training include Master's and Doctorate programs with and without thesis in Medicine, Health Sciences, Sports Sciences and Interdisciplinary Departments. The Language of instruction is Turkish, but there is a postgraduate education opportunity in Enslish in some disciplines.
32 departments and 75 programs actively continue their postgraduate education activities within the body of our institute. As of the 2022-2023 academic year, there are 818 graduate students in these programs, including 166 master students with out thesis, 378 master students with thesis and 274 doctorate students. A total of 1024 students have graduated from the postgraduate programs under the umbrella of our institute, including 431 master students without thesis, 486 master students with thesis, and 107 doctorate students.
There are laboratory facilities in Postgraduate Education at the Faculty of Medicine Research Laboratory in Bilkent Campus, the Central Research Laboratories in Etlik Campus as well as the facilities of various Public Institurions.
Postgraduate application to our Instıtute has generally opened before the fall semester of each year.
