As of 2026, in accordance with the decision taken by the Council of Higher Education, TRNC citizens and those who have renounced Turkish citizenship / Blue Card holders, as well as foreign nationals (excluding students from embassy schools, international private education institutions listed in the MOBİS system, and foreign nationals brought to our country within the framework of projects conducted by the Ministry of National Education) who are enrolled in and/or have graduated from secondary education institutions in Türkiye are required to take this examination in order to enroll in higher education institutions in Türkiye and the TRNC.
Candidates may submit their applications starting from 14:30 on 6 February 2026, either through ÖSYM Application Centers or individually via ÖSYM’s website at https://ais.osym.gov.tr
or through the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions Mobile Application. The deadline for applications is 2 March 2026.
