ENGR450

You can access the application guidelines for ENGR450 Candidate Engineering course from the link below. After read carefully the guideline, the application process must be completed. General information about the application;

 

The student's overall average should be at least 2.75 .

The student should not have courses under the 4th year.

The student must have completed two summer internships

The student must participate in on-site industrial work at least two days a week (16 hours) during the semester (minimum 15 weeks).

There must be at least one engineer from the same engineering branch in the institution where vocational training is provided in the company.

The evaluation of ENGR450 will be based on the report, presentation and written exam* at the end of the semester. Students will take a letter grade as a result of the evaluation. There will be no evaluation as successful or unsuccessful.

*The student will be responsible for at least 2 undergraduate courses in the department which related the internship company.

Students who take ENGR450 will be exempt from 3 technical elective courses (15 ECTS).

The relevant commission and department chair will decide on the suitability of the Enterprise where the vocational training will take place. While taking this decision, the number of engineers in the enterprise, the projects carried out by the enterprise in the past and its institutionalism will be taken into account.

 

Since the purpose of this program is to gain experience in practice, the activities of the students will be closely followed by the relevant commission and will be subjected to serious evaluation processes.
