The internship reports for the 2025 Summer term must be submitted between 29.09.2025 – 17.10.2025 to room B307, to Res. Asst. Resul SALMAN or Res. Asst. Alperen KAMAN, during working hours and against signature.
Reports for compulsory internships must be submitted within the specified dates; no internship reports will be prepared for voluntary internships.
During the preparation of the internship reports, students must comply with the Internship Regulations of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Department of Civil Engineering Internship Principles who do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.
Students must also comply with the guidelines for Writing Internship Reports Regarding Writing Rules.
Before submitting the reports to room B307, they must also be sent to the following email address: aybucivilengineering@outlook.com.
The internship evaluation form must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The official stamp of the institution must be applied to the seal of the envelope and signed by an authorized person. The envelope should be opened for the first time only by the Internship Committee members of AYBU Civil Engineering Department.
Each page of the internship report must be stamped and signed or initialed by the authorized person. Reports that do not comply with this rule will not be accepted.
The evaluation process of internships will be carried out in multiple stages, and if deemed necessary, an oral exam will be conducted with the relevant students by the Internship Committee members.
