During the meeting, attended by the faculty’s academic and administrative staff, the educational activities conducted throughout the 2025-2026 academic year were evaluated, while preparations and plans for the 2026-2027 academic year were also discussed.
Addressing the participants, Dean Prof. Dr. İhsan TOKTAŞ shared his evaluations on the role of artificial intelligence technologies in higher education, their effective and ethical use in scientific research and publication processes, their integration into teaching and learning activities, their contributions to academic productivity, and the new competencies that should be provided to students.
Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Emre DİNÇER and Assist. Prof. Dr. Taner AŞÇI provided information regarding the faculty’s educational processes, academic and administrative activities, physical facilities, current needs, and plans for the upcoming academic year.
In the following session, the heads of departments presented the activities carried out during the 2025-2026 academic year, departmental needs, and proposals for the 2026-2027 academic year. The meeting concluded following the evaluation of departmental agenda items and the exchange of opinions and recommendations.
