Rules to be followed during exams

1. All students must take their exams in the announced exam halls. Each student must check the names written on the door of the classrooms and take the exam in the classroom where their name is written.
2. Student ID cards will be kept on the desks during the exam period. Students who do not have their student ID cards with them must inform the invigilator(s) before the exam starts.
3. Students are responsible for the writings and scribbles on the desks. If these writings and scribbles cannot be removed before the exam starts, the invigilator(s) must be notified.
4. Students may not keep books, notebooks, lecture notes or any electronic/communication devices on or under the desks.
5. The student who receives the exam papers should check whether the questions are missing or not and whether there are any printing errors or not. If there are any, they should report this to the invigilator.
6. It is forbidden for students to exchange calculators, pencils, erasers or pencil tips etc. during the exam.
7. The attendance sheet must be signed by the students with a ballpoint pen. Students who do not sign the attendance sheet cannot leave the exam hall until they sign it.
8. A student who leaves the exam hall cannot re-enter the exam hall until the end of the exam for whatever reason.
9. Students cannot leave the exam hall for the first 15 minutes and the last 5 minutes of the exam.
10. Students who have finished their exams are not allowed to gather in the corridors until the end of the exam, talk loudly and talk about the exam questions until they leave the corridor.
