 Staja Gidecek Öğrencilerin Dikkatine

• Belgelerinizi 12 Mayıs Pazartesi günü saat 09.00’dan, 22 Mayıs Perşembe günü saat 15.45’e kadar Bilgisayar Mühendisliği Bölüm Sekreterliğine teslim etmeniz gerekmektedir. 
• Bütünleme sınavına kesin olarak girmeyecek olan öğrenciler, akademik takvimde belirtilen final sınavları bitiş tarihinden sonra stajlarına başlayabilirler.
• Dosyaları bırakırken lütfen imza atmayı unutmayınız.
   Sekreterlik 4. kattadır.
• Sekretere teslim etmeniz gereken belgeler, bölüm web sitesindeki staj sayfasında yer almaktadır.
  Staj sayfasında yer almayan bilgiler için e-posta yoluyla iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
• “Staj Esasları” başlıklı slaytta tüm detaylı bilgiler mevcuttur.
• Ayrıca lütfen bu formu doldurunuz.
  Formda yer alan gerekçeleri dikkatlice okuyunuz.
• Bazı şirketler sizden sağlık raporu talep edebilir. Bu rapor, şirkete göre farklılık gösterebilir ve farklı kurumlardan alınması gerekebilir. Bu nedenle, başvurduğunuz şirketin İnsan Kaynakları (İK) biriminden bilgi almanız önemlidir.
• Staj yeri bulmakta güçlük çeken öğrenciler için:
  10 Haziran saat 09.00’dan, 12 Haziran saat 15.45’e kadar belgeler sekreterliğe teslim edilebilir. Ancak bu durumda öğrencilerin staja en erken başlama tarihi 16 Haziran olacaktır.
  Belgelerinizi bu tarihlere uygun şekilde düzenlemeniz gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde sigortalama işlemi yapılamayacaktır.

 Important Notice for Students Going on Internship

• You must submit your documents to the Computer Engineering Department Secretary between Monday, May 12 at 09:00 and Thursday, May 22 at 15:45.
• Students who are certain that they will not take the resit (make-up) exams may start their internship after the official end date of the final exams stated in the academic calendar.
• Please do not forget to sign when submitting your documents.
•  The secretary’s office is located on the 4th floor.
• The required documents are listed on the internship page of the department website.
• For any information not available there, please contact the department via email.
• Detailed information can be found in the slide titled “Internship Principles.”
• Also, please fill out this form.
• Make sure to read the explanations in the form carefully.
• Some companies may require a medical report. This requirement and the institution providing it may vary by company. Therefore, it is essential to check with the Human Resources (HR) department of the company you are applying to.
• For students having difficulty finding an internship placement:
• Document submission is allowed from June 10 at 09:00 to June 12 at 15:40.
• However, in this case, the earliest internship start date will be June 16.
• Please make sure to arrange your documents accordingly, otherwise insurance procedures cannot be completed.
