For visiting students
Before your arrival in Ankara you will be in touch with an Erasmus Coordinator and a host student assistant who will help you with questions about almost everything that concerns your stay in Ankara and education at AYBU.
Each semester approximately one week before the beginning of the classes an orientation program led by the AYBU International Office is organised for incoming students to provide information about residence permit, course registrations, health insurance as well as support their adaptation to the university and Ankara by organizing city tours and social events in collaboration with AYBU ESN (Erasmus Student Network). This is an opportunity for incoming students to meet with host and other exchange students who will help them settle in at AYBU.
For visiting academic staff
Before your arrival in Ankara you will be in touch with an Erasmus coordinator from the International Office as well as with an Erasmus coordinator from the department you are visiting who will assist you during your stay in Ankara and help with campus orientation, accommodation and almost everything that concerns you to settle in at AYBU.
